Digital Products — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you purchase a digital product from Digital Product Enterprise and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your name and order details. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

After 30 days, all digital product sales are final.

ClinchIQ

ClinchIQ offers a free trial for all new subscribers so you can evaluate the product before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to use this trial period fully.

If you decide not to continue, simply cancel before your trial ends and you will not be charged. If you cancel an active paid subscription, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds on paid subscription periods.

Agency Services

Agency services are bespoke and involve significant time, planning, and resource. Once work has been completed and delivered, it is non-refundable.

All scope of work and payment terms are agreed in writing and signed by both parties before work begins — so there are no surprises on either side.

If the delivered work does not meet the agreed written specification, we will resolve this at no extra charge within 30 days of delivery. This commitment is our guarantee of quality on agency work.
